Meet The Stylist

Hey y'all! I'm Mackenzie. I have been doing hair for 4 years now. Since graduating, I have added spray tans, teeth whitening and hair extensions services to my menu. From servicing pageants in different states around the eastern part of the U.S., to learning new techniques from some of the best mentors in the area, I have had some unique experiences that have kept me on my toes! I am very passionate about keeping up with the trends, consistently perfecting my skill set, and sending you all home with the best maintenance regiment customized to each of your needs. Policies & Fees

While I do understand that things happen, it is important to communicate them in a timely manner. Building a two way trust with all clients is a step I implement to ensure & maintain healthy stylist/client relationships. For both parties to remain in good standing, I ask that you note the following policies set in place & respect my time as I do yours. Thank you for your consideration!

Cancellation Policy

No-Show Policy

Service Request Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made after that time frame will result in a cancellation fee of $30 prior to rebooking. Repeat offenders will result in a non-refundable cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service amount prior to rebooking.

Not showing up to your scheduled appointments greatly affect the flow of my work day. Please follow the cancellation policy to avoid the No-Show Fee. Failing to notify me and/or cancel your appointment within the set time frame will result in a non-refundable No-Show Fee of 50% of your scheduled service prior to rebooking.

I will never let you leave the salon looking anything less than fabulous! Also, I encourage open lines of communication throughout every step of all appointments! If you leave the salon a happy client and then later request a change, you will need to schedule a new appointment, and you will be required to pay for the services being performed.
